Adding to the solutions from mariofan and Doominatorx6 this achievement requires you to kill all enemies on vehicles not just those on the chase at the end. I thought I missed one so I paused and saved to reload and the achievement unlocked in the loading screen.
Still wont pop 11 times and I'm definately destroying every vehicle ffs I'm gunna end up throwing a spoon at my sisters head. Every time I tried, using the solutions listed, I failed to hear a bloop bloop. Then I went to youtube and used the achievement hunters guide and it worked first try. You don't need to blow up any trucks before you get on the back of the truck with the MG.
