It is clear after spending a week that many things are not mature enough to start accepting tourists. At least not under the false claim to be a luxorious 4-star resort and charging full rates. The food quality is far from a 4 sta Maldivian standard.
The resort lacks a spa and does not have a pool. The beaches are full of corals so you will need feet protection.
