I found that out when buying floormats recently. Other then that, it's similar. You can power through turns a little better with AWD, but you lose the ability to oversteer and slide The iA is just BMWs code for an automatic. It won't be badged iA on the rear. Then what's the difference in a i auto and a iA? Thanks for your help! Oh ok The iA has the M56 motor an upgrade Version of the m54 with a little more emissions control that help with fuel economy as well..
The way to know the difference between the M56 and M54 motor is the location of the oil cap M56 has it top front passenger of the engine witch the m54 has in driver side middle of engine lime most bmw. But I bet I would want the xi in the rain or snow. It's all on what your priorities are.
With a good set of winter tires. You should be fine without the xi Or at least pick up a great pair of All seasons for the fall, if it doesn't snow too hard by you. Really, it's your preference. Some enjoy the feel of the xi, and the added traction from all wheel drive.
Personally, I like the Sport model, That's just me. Congratulations and good luck. By the way, The xi is on the list for my next car, because it's better to have it, and never really need it, than wish you had it Originally Posted by MoyMch. Bookmarks Bookmarks Digg del. I live in an area that gets a decent amount of snow and I have a fairly steep driveway so a rear-wheel or front-wheel for that matter would not work. Good tires are critical no matter which way you go. Originally Posted by mercury Heck, we could all live non-materilistic existence but do you really want to. All times are GMT The time now is PM.
